Cart Price Rules

      1. Magento Catalog Price Rules is a set of conditions based on customer group, product attributes, and other conditions you use to assign discounts to products in the catalog.
      2. Unlike catalog price rules, cart rules can have or don’t have a coupon. They allow you to create specific or auto-generated coupons customers can apply on checkout. But if you don’t specify a coupon the rules will be applied automatically.
      3. Cart price rule applies whenever a customer goes to the shopping cart page to checkout or the customer will apply the coupon code on the shopping cart page.
      4. At the point when applied, the discount shows up on the shopping cart page under the subtotal.
